  • Is there a pick-up point?

    Yes there is. Products can be picked up in Gouda, Haarlem or Oud-Beijerland (in the Netherlands). 

  • What are the shipping options?

    We ship worldwide, but the shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • If I order something from you, what are the processing times?

    Processing times depend on the product. We always try to complete it well in advance of the required date. We always stay in good contact about the delivery date.

  • Do you accept urgent orders?

    This depends on the product and the required processing time. We cannot guarantee in advance that something is possible because it depends on the request. If you need something urgently, please contact us so that we can explore the options with you.

  • I would like to order something that I do not yet see on your website. Is that possible?

    Yes, that is certainly possible. We can make a lot with our equipment. Much is possible, but it may be that we have not made what you want before. That doesn't mean it's impossible. In this case, please contact us so that we can explore the options with you.
